We thoroughly clean and disinfect all tools, equipment, and workstations before and after each client. Our tools are sterilized using medical-grade autoclaves to ensure the highest level of cleanliness. Our staff wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves and masks, during services to maintain a hygienic environment. We request that clients with contagious illnesses, infections, or open wounds reschedule their appointments to protect the health and safety of others.

Please review our policies below before booking your services. By booking an appointment you agree to adhere to these policies. We aim to provide you with the best possible service and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at U're Couture Wellness.

APPOINTMENT SETTING & PAYMENT POLICY

Booking Appointments


Online Booking: All appointments must be made through our online portal via the "Book Services" page on our website. This ensures accurate scheduling and confirmation of your desired services.


Deposits and Payments


Deposit Requirement: Most services require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and the remaining balance may be paid at the time of your appointment.


Accepted Payment Methods: For online appointments, we accept all major credit cards, Afterpay, Affirm, and PayPal.


In-Person Checkout


Remaining Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your services can be paid during in-person checkout. We accept all major credit cards, Afterpay, Affirm, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and cash.


Final Sale Policy


All Sales Final: Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for services or products. We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis based on the policies listed under the Cancellations and Late Policy

SERVICES GUARANTEE POLICY

Quality Assurance: We guarantee that our services are performed to the highest standards by our skilled and experienced technicians.

Satisfaction Commitment: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your service, please let us know before you leave the salon. We will make every effort to address your concerns and ensure you leave happy.

CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24-hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list. You will not lose your deposit; it will be transferred to your new appointment.


Same-Day Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment on the same day, please call us at least two hours before your scheduled time. This way, we can reschedule you for the next available appointment that fits your schedule. You will not lose your deposit; it will be transferred to your new appointment.


No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice, as outlined above, will forfeit their full deposit for the scheduled service. This deposit will not be refunded.


Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.


Cancellation Fees: A standard cancellation fee, equal to your full deposit, will be charged and not refunded for any cancellations that do not adhere to the above policies. We may consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.

Late Policy


Arriving Late: We encourage all clients to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. This ensures you receive the full duration of your service.


Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this time, we will do our best to accommodate you without impacting the next client's appointment.


Late Arrivals Beyond Grace Period: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time to avoid inconveniencing other clients. Full-service charges will still apply.


Excessive Lateness: Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be considered a no-show, and the 100% no-show fee may be applied. We will try to reschedule your appointment for a later time on the same day, subject to availability.

Recurring Cancellations or Lateness: Clients who repeatedly cancel at the last minute or arrive late may be required to pre-pay for future appointments.
