Experience the next level of care with gentle exfoliation that unveils silky-smooth skin, coupled with specialized callus treatment and thorough cleansing for complete foot rejuvenation. As you unwind, indulge in a decadent foot and calf massage using hydrating creams and essential oils, designed to deeply relax your senses and enhance circulation, leaving you feeling utterly pampered. Complete your luxurious experience with a nourishing mask and a comforting warm towel wrap, enveloping your feet in hydration and leaving them beautifully revitalized. Choose from our selection of classic polish to elegantly finish your look, ensuring every step you take exudes sophistication and style. Elite Plus+ Spa Pedicure: This treatment includes everything in the Elite Spa Pedicure plus a warm paraffin wax treatment, known for its deeply moisturizing and soothing properties. The paraffin wax envelops your feet, locking in moisture and softening the skin to perfection. This signature treatment leaves your feet impeccably groomed, rejuvenated, and ready to step out with confidence. You may choose to upgrade either service to a French that features a natural-colored base with a white tip. *Gel options are not included in these services. If you currently have gel polish or desire gel polish on your nails, please add an Elite Enhancement to your booking for this option.

Cancellation & Late Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24-hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list. You will not lose your deposit; it will be transferred to your new appointment. Same-Day Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment on the same day, please call us at least two hours before your scheduled time. This way, we can reschedule you for the next available appointment that fits your schedule. You will not lose your deposit; it will be transferred to your new appointment. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice, as outlined above, will forfeit their full deposit for the scheduled service. This deposit will not be refunded. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation Fees: A standard cancellation fee, equal to your full deposit, will be charged and not refunded for any cancellations that do not adhere to the above policies. We may consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis. Late Policy: Arriving Late: We encourage all clients to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. This ensures you receive the full duration of your service. Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this time, we will do our best to accommodate you without impacting the next client's appointment. Late Arrivals Beyond Grace Period: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service time to avoid inconveniencing other clients. Full-service charges will still apply. Excessive Lateness: Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be considered a no-show, and the 100% no-show fee may be applied. We will try to reschedule your appointment for a later time on the same day, subject to availability. Recurring Cancellations or Lateness: Pattern of Cancellations or Lateness: Clients who repeatedly cancel at the last minute or arrive late may be required to pre-pay for future appointments. Policy Agreement: By booking an appointment with U're Couture Wellness, you agree to abide by our cancellation and late policy.
